Our Facility

MMI is located in the heart of Elyria Ohio, and is housed in 23,000sq. ft. of a 43,000sq. ft. building, on a 6 acre lot providing us with the flexibility to expand as needed. MMI has been serving the needs of precision machined and turned component industry since 1956. In January of 1996, it was purchased by the current owner and has since then, experienced much growth in the patient aids, aircraft, electric motors (armature shaft), contract engineering and plug-nut (self clinching fastener) industries.

Mel-Ba Manufacturing is committed to consistently providing products that meet or exceed our customer's expectations. Through the utilization of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and charting using the Allen-Bradley "Data Myte" system, we insure our process and equipment produce defect-free parts. Our people are committed to our quality system and continuously strive for improvement
