Dear Mr Ramsey,

As of the date of this letter, your company is hereby granted approval for the Qualified Suppliers List for Manufacturers (QSLM) of Class 2 Threaded Fasteners. This qualification is based on the review of the additional paperwork sent in to us, which supplements your Quality Assurance Manual, in addition to the survey conducted at your facility in February 2005 by DCMA. Keep in mind that audits may be conducted at any time, either announced or unannounced, and this qualification term shall expire in three years.
